Our Founders
Navin Rao
Co-Founder
Navin is a passionate Automotive Engineer and Entrepreneur. He has an undergraduate degree in Automotive Engineering from Georgian College of Applied Arts and Technologies, Canada and an MBA from Bologna Business School (University of Bologna) in Italy.
He worked in various leadership roles at Mercedes-Benz Canada and was instrumental in establishing Ferrari and Maserati in India.
He is an avid Automotive Blogger and runs www.luxurymotorpress.com. He is also a Co-Founder of a thriving fashion brand — The Kaftan Company (www.thekaftancompany.com).
Sauri Gudlavalleti
Co-Founder
Sauri combines a seasoned executive track record with a lifelong passion for engineering and innovation. With a career spanning decades in complex R&D and operations, he brings world-class rigor to the simulation industry. Before co-founding Simfiniti, Sauri served as COO at Sai Life Sciences (leading them through their IPO), led Global R&D at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, and managed engineering teams at Qualcomm and GE Global Research in the USA.
A former Management Consultant at McKinsey & Company, Sauri holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Madras, a Master's in Engineering from MIT, and an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad. At Simfiniti, he channels this multidisciplinary expertise into building the ultimate racing experience.
