Hire a Racing Simulator in Hyderabad: Packages, Space and Power Needs
Planning an office party, birthday, college fest or F1 watch night in Hyderabad? A racing simulator turns guests into drivers. Here's what a Simfiniti Hire Package includes, how much space and power you need, and how to book.
Every event has a moment it's remembered for.
At most office parties, it's the cake. At most birthdays, it's the photos. At the ones with a racing simulator, it's the queue.
People who came to chat end up watching. People who came to watch end up driving. And by the end of the evening, someone is standing at the leaderboard, refusing to go home until they've taken back first place.
If you're planning an event and want to hire a racing simulator in Hyderabad, this guide covers everything: what's included, how much space and power you need, which formats work best, and how to book.
Which events suit a racing simulator?
Almost any event where people gather and have time to spare. These are the ones we're asked for most:
- Corporate events and offsites. A lap-time challenge gets teams talking, competing and cheering for each other. It works for town halls, product launches, family days and year-end parties.
- Car launches and showroom events. A simulator lets customers feel performance before the test drive, and keeps a showroom full long after the unveiling.
- Birthday parties. For kids, teenagers and adults who never grew out of wanting to drive fast. The birthday driver gets the first lap and the final word.
- College fests. Leaderboards and knock-out rounds fit naturally alongside tech, gaming and motorsport clubs.
- F1 watch parties. Guests race before the lights go out, and the simulator keeps the room busy during the build-up and after the chequered flag.
- Weddings and sangeets. A surprise hit with cousins, uncles and anyone who needs a break from the dance floor.
- Brand activations and exhibitions. A simulator draws a crowd to a stall faster than any banner, and every lap is a chance to collect a name and a number.
- Community and residential events. Gated-community festivals, school carnivals and holiday markets.
What's included in a Simfiniti Hire Package?
We handle the simulator. You handle the guest list.
- The simulators. Two or more complete Simfiniti rigs, each with a direct-drive wheel, load-cell pedals, a rigid racing seat and a single ultra-wide screen.
- Delivery, setup and pack-down. Our team arrives ahead of your guests, sets everything up and tests it, then clears it away when the event ends.
- Trained staff on site. A Simfiniti host fits each driver into the seat, explains the controls and keeps the queue moving.
- A live leaderboard. Every lap is timed and ranked on screen, so the competition takes care of itself.
- Cars and circuits to suit your crowd. Easy-going cars for first-timers, faster machinery for the regulars.
- Custom options. Branded leaderboards, prizes for the fastest lap and competition formats built around your event are all possible. Share your event details and we'll work out what fits.
How much space do you need?
Less than most people expect.
Plan for an area of about 5 ft × 8 ft (roughly 1.5 m × 2.4 m) per simulator. That's enough for the rig and for each driver to get in and out comfortably. Leave a little extra around it for the people who gather to watch.
A few tips from our events:
- Put it where people can see it. Near the bar, the entrance or the main screen works well. The crowd is half the fun.
- Keep it on level, solid flooring. Indoors is best. For outdoor events, we need a covered, dry area with no direct sun on the screens.
- Leave a clear queue line that doesn't block walkways or fire exits.
What power do you need?
Each simulator needs one dedicated 16 A power socket within a few metres. Please don't share it with lighting, sound systems or catering equipment, because a power dip mid-lap ends a race early.
For outdoor or large venues, check that your generator or backup supply can carry the extra load. Our team will confirm the exact requirement when you book.
How long does setup take?
Allow up to 90 minutes before your guests arrive for setup, and up to 60 minutes to pack down afterwards. We'll need clear access for the equipment, and a lift if the event isn't on the ground floor.
How many simulators do you need?
Each simulator handles about 8 to 9 drivers an hour, allowing a few laps each and time to swap seats. Every Hire Package starts at two simulators, so the queue keeps moving and more guests get to drive. Use this as a starting point:
| Guests who want to drive | Event length | Suggested simulators |
|---|---|---|
| Up to 50 | 3 hours | 2 |
| 50 to 75 | 3 hours | 3 |
| 75 to 125 | 4 hours | 4 |
| 125 to 250 | Full day (8 hours) | 4 |
| 250+ | Full day (8 hours) | 5 or more |
More simulators mean shorter queues and more laps for every guest.
Four event formats that work
- Time attack. Everyone sets their best lap on the same car and circuit. Fastest time at the end wins. Simple, fair and endlessly repeatable.
- Beat the host. Our host sets a benchmark lap at the start. Anyone who beats it wins a prize, and everyone else gets one more try.
- Team relay. Each team's drivers take turns, and the combined lap times decide the winner. Great for corporate groups, because the quiet ones end up carrying the team.
- The Grand Prix final. The top qualifiers from the day each get one final flying lap in front of everyone. Fastest lap takes the trophy. Save it for the end of the evening.

Frequently asked questions
Can I rent a racing simulator for a home party in Hyderabad?
Yes, as long as there's enough level floor space and a dedicated power socket. A living room, terrace (covered) or clubhouse usually works.
Do guests need any experience?
None at all. Our host sets each driver up and talks them through the first lap.
Is it suitable for children?
Yes. Drivers should be around 10 to 11 years or older so they can reach the pedals comfortably, and our host adjusts the seat for each driver.
Can you brand the simulator or leaderboard for our company?
It's possible. Share your event details with us and we'll talk you through the branding and prize options.
Do you cover events outside Hyderabad?
It's possible. Reach out with your event details and dates, and we'll check availability and logistics.
Give your guests a story to tell
Food gets eaten. Music fades. A lap time sits on the leaderboard all night, daring someone to beat it.
That's why a racing simulator ends up being the part of the event people remember.
